Once you place an order through Trophy Game Outfitters you will receive email confirmation. Orders are normally shipped within three business days. We do our best to keep all products in stock. However, if a product you have ordered is not in stock, you will be notified within 24 hours. You may contact our customer service department regarding the status of any order at customerservice@trophygameoutfitters.com.
We also accept returns on most products. Please contact us beforehand to verify if a product may be returned and to receive a Return Authorization number. You will also receive a return address to mail the product to. All returns must be made within 30 days of when the product is received and are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Trophy Game Outfitters will not cover the shipping costs associated with these returns.
If you receive a defective product or if we make a mistake in your order, that item will not be subject to any fees and we will make arrangements to have the item returned free of charge.
